Instructor Brad and instructor Alex are absolutely wonderful with the kids!! My neighbor signed my son up and when I went it was the first time ever attending martial arts class. They take so much time and care with the kids and I love that my children are given the opportunity to be apart of the winder martial arts family.

The instructors and owners here are wonderful! Do not hesitate to take the kickboxing classes! They are great for beginners all the way up to advanced.

I was nervous because I had never attended a group workout. I usually workout at the home. But it was so much fun!! It was easy to follow and the staff was so welcoming. I loved it so much I'm joining next week! #kickboxingisfun
